Graduate Training Programme 2011 27 June - 8 July
Dance4 presents this unique programme for graduates wanting to develop dance careers by providing key skills and information, networking opportunities and ongoing support.
If you have graduated in the last three years, then this training programme could be for you.
- This packed ten day course offers an exciting combination of practical training sessions, seminars, one-to-one surgeries, choreographic mentoring and feedback, follow-up advice and support. Trainees will enjoy the time and space to develop individual work to present at an informal sharing.
- Established artist and Dance4 Associate Robert Clark will deliver daily classes and create a piece of work that the gorup will perform at Springboard 2011.
- The practical sessions include delivering dance in education and community settings, audition techniques alongside professional level technique classes. The seminars will focus on application and interview techniques, project planning and funding, as well as intensive personal career surgeries.
Trainees will receive invaluable feedback on their work in addition to continued professional support from Dance4 once the programme has been completed.
When: 27 June - 8 July 2011 Where: The University of Northampton, Avenue Campus Cost: £100 (East Midlands Graduates) £110 (other graduates). This great price is due to a subsidy received from Northampton County Council.
